Let those impulses pass like a breeze through an open window. You don’t need to resist them with force. You also don’t need to follow them. Simply notice that they’ve arrived. And then, just as gently, return to the sound.

To this breath. To this moment. Let it arrive. Let it leave. That is enough.

The world does not require your opinion right now. It only asks for your attention. And you are allowed to give it without reply.

You may find a sound you dislike—a sharp noise, a distraction, something unexpected. Let that be part of the experience. Presence doesn’t mean comfort. It means inclusion. There is space enough for all of it here. The soft, the rough, the constant, the fleeting. This world, with all its texture, all its tone, is speaking—without needing to be understood.
