Breathe deeply, letting go of all the tension in your body.

Let's start by taking a deep breath. Fill your lungs with fresh air, hold for a moment, then exhale slowly.

Repeat this several times, focusing all your attention on the soothing rhythm of your breathing.

Now imagine a gentle flow of energy moving through your body with each inhalation. This benevolent energy brings tranquility to every part of your being. Let this feeling of calm spread, relaxing every muscle, soothing every thought.

Think of the two natures that govern our existence: Universal Nature, the cosmic order, and your own Nature, your individual essence. Imagine these two natures intertwining, forming a complex web of interconnection.

Now turn your attention to your mind.

Think of the duality of natures, Universal Nature and your own Nature. Visualize them as two calm rivers meeting harmoniously, creating a soothing symphony.

Take a few moments to reflect on your life, on past and present events.

Each element, every process, is connected to a larger cause, to Universal Reason.

Breathe deeply into this harmonious vision, feeling balance and serenity spread throughout your being. Each breath is a delicate dance between your individual nature and the cosmic order.

Now focus on a current situation, perhaps a difficulty or joy that you have just experienced. Accept this situation as an integral part of the active principle that guides the universe. Observe how your perception of this event can change when you see it as an essential piece in the puzzle of the Whole.

Imagine a sacred connection between your individual life and the entire cosmos, linked by the active and passive principles. Breathe deeply, feeling this connection intensify.

Repeat in your mind: "I accept every aspect of my life as a manifestation of Universal Reason. Every event, whether difficult or joyful, is a necessary piece in the puzzle of my existence."

Visualize this acceptance as light enveloping every aspect of your being, connecting you to the cosmos. Feel the harmony and balance emanating from this deep connection.

Continue to breathe gently, letting yourself be lulled by this inner harmony. Know that every event, every emotion, is an essential part of this cosmic melody.

Now let go of all thought. Immerse yourself in the calm of the present moment, immersed in the unity of all things.
