Bravo to you. You’ve already reached a quarter of the way through the
program.
That’s no small thing. It’s proof that you want to move forward, that you want
to better understand the world, and above all, your own life.
You’re on the right path, my friend. And if I’m taking the time to speak to you right now, it’s because I know that many users stop after this program. Which is already an achievement in itself. But I just wanted to remind you that in the “Programs” section of the app, you’ll find plenty of other journeys. Shorter ones, often more focused, which might really resonate with what you’re going through right now.
Sometimes we feel the need to go deeper into a particular theme, to dig into a specific question while we continue along this broader path. And that’s exactly what these parallel programs are for.
But don’t let go of this one. This is the foundation. The core. It’s the one that opens the door to the whole Stoic system. The others help you practice, refine, and bring the theory into your everyday life.
You’ll find, for example:
– Don’t Worry
– Regrets
– Negative Thoughts
– Comparing Yourself to Others
– Staying calm
– Etc.
Each of these programs focuses on a single topic, explored in depth. Yes, Stoicism is the backbone, it’s our compass, but we also allow ourselves to wander and borrow along the way. Sometimes from other philosophers or thinkers, sometimes even from those who wouldn’t call themselves that. Labels don’t matter: when an idea rings true, when it resonates with the Stoic spirit, it’s worth pausing for. That’s the mindset we’ve chosen for mmmarcus. We also occasionally draw from the field of psychology, exploring concepts from other practices when they can enrich our reflection and sharpen our perspective.
So I suggest you take a moment to have a look, maybe one of these side paths is calling to you…
Now, let’s get back to the program.
