How to delete your account (in-app)
- Open the mmmarcus app
- Go to Settings
- Select Delete account
- Confirm to permanently delete your account
If you can’t access the app
Send a deletion request to our support team with the email address linked to your account: hello@mmmarcus.com.
What will be deleted
- Your user profile and account identifiers
- Your progress and usage data linked to your account
- Any user-generated content associated with your account (if applicable)
What may be retained (if required)
Some data may be retained for legal, accounting, security, fraud prevention, or compliance purposes for a limited period, after which it will be deleted or anonymized.
Processing time
We typically process deletion requests within 30 days.
